All training members will be provided with a Summer Camp T-Shirt, so please select your size when you fill out the application form. Non-training members may opt for a T-shirt at an additional cost of £10.

Juniors: S (5-6 years), M (7-8 years, L (9-11 years), XL (12-13 years).

Adults: S, M, L, XL, XXL.

Non-Training Members £55 - Please add £10 if you would like a T-shirt.

-I understand that a Martial Art is physical and involves forceful contact with instructors, students, and objects.

-I accept that there is a risk of injury in learning and practising a Martial Art.

-I agree that I shall not hold any of the instructors or students liable for any injury that I may sustain whilst learning and/or practising Martial Arts at camp.

-I hereby give my consent for my next of kin to be contacted in any circumstances.

-I can confirm I am over the age of 18, or that my parent or guardian is submitting this form on my behalf if under 18.

-I can confirm that I understand my instructor will be notified that I am attending camp and they can share any relevant information with the camp organisers.

-I can confirm that I am able to camp independently without the assistance of another person, or that if I do need assistance a suitable person will accompany me to camp.

-I can confirm that if I have any medical conditions I can manage these myself.
